Nanditha · Artist and founder
Nanditha is an artist based in Montreal, Canada, working across various media, including acrylics, oil paint, watercolours, printmaking, digital art, and animation. Through Ennay Arts, she translates her perspectives, observations, and life experiences into visual stories.
Art has always been where curiosity and observation come together for her. Growing up in Kerala, India, she was equally drawn to science and the arts—two ways of understanding the world that continue to shape how she thinks and creates.
Her path to becoming an artist has not been linear. She studied Food and Nutrition, worked as an Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs, explored digital marketing, and later pursued Computer Science after moving to Montreal. These experiences strengthened her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, while clarifying something essential: her deepest sense of purpose has always been rooted in the creative arts.
That unconventional path has made her something of a Jill of more than one trade. Each field, skill, and experience has added a distinct perspective to her creative practice, shaping the way she approaches ideas, materials, and storytelling.
Her work is influenced by realism, impressionistic light, and the belief that everyday places and moments can become meaningful through careful observation. Whether painting, printmaking, illustrating digitally, or experimenting with animation, she approaches each piece as a study of atmosphere, texture, and emotion—not simply as a way of documenting a scene.
Ennay Arts, founded in 2018, is the collective result of the people in her life and the experiences that come with them. It is a space where observation, understanding, and curiosity meet to visualize life as she experiences it.
Every artwork captures a brief frame in time—a place, a feeling, or an experience—and offers an invitation to pause and reflect on your own.
